Who we are
Gravity Capital provides construction loans, first mortgages, mezzanine finance, preferred equity, bridging and structured property finance from $5 million to $100 million. We lend our own capital, and for larger or more complex deals we co-lend with family offices and institutional lenders in Australia and offshore that fund with their own money. We lend to established companies for business and investment purposes across residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality and mixed-use property.
Our capital
Gravity Capital lends directly. Alongside our own lending, we work with family offices and institutional lenders in Australia and offshore that lend their own capital. That lets us fund deals from $5 million to $100 million: on our own where a deal fits, or alongside these partners where it is larger or needs more than one layer of capital. You deal with Gravity Capital throughout, from first call to settlement and through every drawdown.

Leadership
Paul Stern — Founder and Director
Paul Stern founded Gravity Capital and leads its origination, credit and structuring. He has long-standing experience in Australian private credit, property development finance and structured finance across residential, commercial, industrial and hospitality assets, and works across Australian and UAE transactions.
