We work with commercial and development finance brokers on deals from $5 million to $100 million. Referral fees are paid on settled transactions, and your client relationship stays yours.
How we work with brokers
- Your client stays yours. We deal with the client through you and do not approach your client directly about the transaction without you
- Fees agreed in writing up front. Referral terms are confirmed before we engage on the deal
- A fast, straight answer. Indicative terms within 48 hours of a complete summary, or an early no so you can move on
- Direct access. You speak to the people who make the credit decision
Deals we want to see
- Construction loans from $5M to $100M, up to 75% of TDC for qualifying sponsors
- Low or no-presale projects with sound feasibility
- Mezzanine and preferred equity behind an existing senior lender
- Bridging, lender exits and refinance of stalled projects
- Residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality and mixed-use property in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Dubai
What we can't do
We lend only to companies for business or investment purposes. We do not provide consumer credit, owner-occupied home loans or loans below $5 million.
What to send
- Property address and a short project or asset description
- Total development cost or purchase price, and current valuation if held
- Loan amount requested and the position in the capital stack
- Planning status (for example DA approved) and builder, if construction
- The exit: sales, refinance or settlement, with supporting evidence
- Borrower entity and a short summary of the sponsor's track record
