Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 October 2026

This policy explains how Stern Corporation Pty Ltd T/As Gravity Capital (“Gravity Capital”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information. We aim to handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

We collect the personal information needed to assess and manage commercial finance enquiries and transactions. This may include names, contact details, roles, company and property details, and, during due diligence, identification and financial information about directors, shareholders and guarantors of borrowing companies.

How we collect it

Directly from you, through our website form, email, phone and meetings; from brokers and advisers who introduce a transaction; and from third parties such as valuers, quantity surveyors, public registers and, with consent where required, credit reporting bodies.

Why we use it

To respond to enquiries, assess and structure finance, conduct due diligence, meet identity verification and anti-money laundering obligations, prepare documentation, manage facilities and comply with law.

Who we disclose it to

Where needed for a transaction: funders and capital partners, lenders we refer deals to with your consent, valuers, quantity surveyors, lawyers, accountants, introducing brokers, and our service providers. We do not sell personal information.

Overseas disclosure

Our website form is processed by a third-party form service whose servers may be located outside Australia, including in the United States. For cross-border transactions, information may be disclosed to parties in the United Arab Emirates. We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle personal information appropriately.

Identity verification

Before we provide finance we may verify the identity of borrowers, directors, guarantors and beneficial owners, and keep records of that verification, to meet obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth).

Direct marketing

We may send you market updates or information about our services. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing info@gravitycapital.com.au. We do not sell personal information.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, and to destroy or de-identify it when no longer needed.
